Islam is a religion that is taught directly by the Almighty Creator of Allah swt revealed through the messenger of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) with the sanctity of Faith, Islam and Ihsan, which has a high value of nobility compared to other religions created by Humans.  

Religions revealed on the basis of Allah's revelation are called celestial / heavenly religions: Jews, Christians and Islam. Islam is both a cover religion and a perfect complement to previous Jewish and Christian religions. Islam is a religion that has been perfected by God, and is recognized as the only religion that must be embraced by all the Humans who are on this earth. This is described in Al-qur'an:"Today I have perfected your religion, and I have sufficient for My sake, and has Kuridhoi Islam be your religion" (Surah Al-Maida: 3)"Truly the religion which is recognized by Allah is Islam" (Surah Ali Imran: 19)"And whoso seeketh besides Islam as his religion of hiss, it is not received by Allah from him and in the Hereafter he is among the losers" (Surah Ali Imran: 85)

Islam is a religion that regulates, guides, teaches the various sciences and builds the whole person, becomes human kamil to "mardhotilaah" (who blessed God) to live a prosperous and spiritual born and happy in both the world and the hereafter.Adherents of Islam should be able to practice the teachings of religion with good and right, then should study Islam in "Kaffah" (whole) do not choose to run the teachings that lightly and leave the doctrine that is considered heavy, because in fact all Islamic teachings are light for people who understand the nature of his teachings and hoping to "meet" with God.

 

How to understand the religion of Islam has been described in a hadith Rasul as follows:"Umar bin Khatab said:" One day while we were sitting with the Messenger of Allah, suddenly appeared a man dressed in a very white, very black hair, no visible to him the former journey and not one of us who knew him . Seated him near the Prophet, then leaned his two knees on both knees of the Prophet, and placed his palms on his thighs, then said: "Ya Muhammad, tell me what is Islam?" Rasulullah SAW replied: Islam is:

  

1. Acknowledging that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of God.
2. Establishing Prayers
3. Issues Zakah4. Fasting in Ramadan
5. Do Hajj to bantullah if able for him to travel. ""Righteous Thou," said the man, so we were astonished to notice the man because he who asked him also justified. Then the man asked again "Tell me what is faith?" The Messenger of Allah replied "faith believes in: 1) God, 2) Malaikant, 3) Books, 4) Apostles, 5) Days later and 6 ) to the good and bad taqdir of Allah SWT. "" Right "said the man, then the man said again" Tell me what is ihsan? "The Prophet replied" Ihsan is worshiping Allah, as if you saw God, and if you can not see God then God still sees you ". Then he asked again "When is the Day of Resurrection?" The Prophet replied: "The person who is propagated is no better than the one asking".  

"Then explain the signs of doomsday" answered the Prophet: "If the slave has given birth to his master, and the poor-poor people do not wear shoes, do not dress, his life just goats herd, they are competing to build big buildings". Then the man left. Sayapun pensive for a moment, though the Prophet asked "Yes Umar know you who asks that?" Umar replied: Allah and His messenger know better ". Word of the Prophet: That is the angel Gabriel, come teach Islam to you "(Muslim). 

Thus the Angel Gabriel AS taught mankind about Islam through a dialogue with the Prophet Muhammad who was heard by Umar bin Khatab and other companions. Angels teach about faith; to whom we believe and what we are obliged to believe. The first faith is Faith to Allah Almighty and then to the Angel as "Helper" God exercises sunatullah - the sun and other planets, arranging day and night, arranging for sustenance, rain, heat, cold and so on that happens on earth, prophets and apostles - men chosen by God to develop the task of carrying the Religion of God presented to man. Every single person in one age was sent by an apostle as a warning to the people. Since the time of Prophet Adam AS smpai with the Prophet closing of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.Besides, man must also believe in the books of Allah (scripture) sent down to a people through his prophet as a guideline of the rules of religious life, also believe in the coming days later, the hereafter, the day of vengeance, the day of humanity for the people to account for everything seuatu which the world has done, both bad deeds and good deeds of virtue. The last man must believe in the destiny, whether good for humans or bad that is accepted all that is the will of the Almighty, the All-Maker, the Wise and the All-knowing of all things.

In addition to the belief of the Angel Gabriel also teaches about the teachings of religious shari'ah, perform the worship services that become the basis of Islamic religion such as pronouncing the two sentences of the Shahadat, establishing the prayers, the tithe, fasting in the month of Ramadan and performing the pilgrimage to the Baitullah in Makkah. These worship as a proof of faith that is poured in the form of physical attributes that terms, time and place has been determined by Allah SWT.

Gabriel also teaches about ihsan. How do people still believe in God as the God who always loves and supervises the action of man. Man must be sure even though he himself can not see God with the physical eye but the essence of God can be seen by his inner eye.
